EDIT: sorry for all the edits, guys. I improved him a bit, so now I'm satisfied that he actually looks like Penn. I toned down the hariness-- I don't see Penn as a very hairy guy. Anyway, he's cuter now and his head is the correct size, I think...
ARE YOU PROUD OF ME YET?! FEEEEEET/LEGS!!! This is like pretty much the biggest miracle ever, quite a breakthrough I must say. Many people have been hinting to me that I need to push myself. Well, here I have tried, and succeeded! This began as a failure, but I picked it back up since three days ago and did this today. I patched a bunch of references together and ultimately drew this all by myself. c: Surprisingly, I had relatively no problems with the legs and feet-- which have been my bane since... well, ever. WOAH! Wooooh. So ladies and gentlemen, this is Penn in his undies. Looking a bit older and scruffier, I do say. This is part of a series that will become his costume breakdown. Hopefully. Enjoy...  p.s. leg hair is such a pain in the butttttt |

I must say I have the same problem, especially for male characters, but it's not only legs and feet, it's all the body. References are helping, but intense practice is the key I suppose.
